Service quality management process supporting Oracle database in BNH:

The requirements for the service hirer must meet the following requirements: Provide a convenient working environment for the specialist to work.
BNH will send an expert to carry out the inspection and treatment, evaluate the system and then send a detailed report on the results and situation of the system to the person in charge after the inspection.
The system is technically supported by professionals who are well-trained both at home and abroad with a high level of expertise, accreditation, enthusiasm and practical experience with large projects in OCA, OCE, and OCE
Frequency and execution time requirements

Commitment to ensure compliance with the following requirements:
System quality evaluation: 03 months / time (4 times / year).
System maintenance: 03 months / time.
Emergency service support: Immediately after the request is made. Duration of support: 24 hours / day, 07 days / week (including holidays and holidays).
Response time support:
Via phone: Immediately
Via internet (email, chat): within 30 minutes
Available onsite: within 02 hours for normal support requests; within 1 hour for urgent handling requests.
